Together with the “blue fish” that is daily fished,
swordfish is the cooking symbol of the Tyrrhenian coastline and is
fished between april and september. Ancient varieties of ancient
vines allow the production of white and red wines, and among them we
find the “Zibibbo” and “Cesaruolo”.
