Some culinary traditions of the area go back to the
greeks, especially the confectionery. Flour, honey, almonds and
cooked wine are the ingredients of the “nzuddhe”, typical pastries
of local festivals. Of great quality are the olive oil produced in
the master’s oil pressand the oranges grown onto the “Piana”.
