Wine produced around a dry and sandy area between Palizzi and Capo Spartivento. Of a ruby red color, dry taste, always sapid, armonious and generous. It’s a young wine good for the table and cut dry meats. Grown old, it acquire harmony and scent, so that it can be used with roasts.

ROSSO DI BOVA
Red wine produced around Bova in Reggio Calabria’s province. With an intense red color, it has a delicate and winie taste, harmonious and with a full body. Great with goat dishes.
